Ordering & Collecting Prescriptions
Please note that prescriptions ordered during practice closure days will only be processed by staff on next working day. Please allow at least 48hrs for your request to be processed before collecting. Requests for prescriptions to be sent to chemists may take longer!
There are 4 different options for ordering a repeat prescription.

prefer you to use option 1)

Post:
Using the right hand side of your prescription, tick the medication you
require and post to the practice.

At Reception:
A prescription request box is available at reception. You may
use either the right hand side of your prescription or write a short note
detailing your request clearly. Please include your name, date of birth and a
telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Repeat prescriptions should be ordered 48hrs in advance & you should advise the receptionist of the name of the chemist you want your prescription sent to. Acute prescriptions may also have a turn around time of 48hrs. Please contact your Community Pharmacist as you may be able to get free medications for minor conditions via the 'Pharmacy First' scheme or the 'Minor Ailments' scheme. OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED BY THE PRACTICE.
