Telephone Call Requests
Patients wishing to speak to a doctor should telephone reception before 11am each morning. The receptionist will take your name and number and ask you to give details regarding the reason for your call. Please be co-operative with the receptionist as she is trying to help you and is bound by the same confidentiality laws as the doctors and nurses.
Please note that doctors will not make telephone calls to patients in the afternoon unless it is an emergency.
Patients wishing to speak to a nurse concerning queries other than blood results should telephone reception before 11am each morning and between 2pm and 4pm each afternoon. The receptionist will take your details and the nurse will phone you back when she becomes available.
